Payments

We accept Paypal payments. Please contact us if you encounter any issues or delays with payment.

PAYPAL E-CHECKS: 
Please note that items paid for with a Paypal e-check cannot be shipped until the e-check clears.  This is not an instant transfer and can easily take 4 - 7 days. International e-checks can take even longer.  You can tell that your check has cleared once its status changes from Pending to Completed.

Shipping  

We offer USPS First Class shipping with delivery confirmation to our customers in the US for $2.75.  

Packages are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours of placing your order, as most items are made to order.  Items shipped within the US should be delivered to you within a week of your order being placed, usually sooner.  International orders must be brought to the post office and from the time they are mailed, they could take 1-2 weeks for delivery.  

All US shipments are sent with delivery confirmation, so that we can track when your package is received, or where it may be if you haven't received it. You will receive a tracking number from Paypal when your shipping label is printed.  Please save this email if you have any interest in following your package's whereabouts. 

As we rely on delivery confirmation to assure that you have received your package, insurance is optional, and is not included in our free US shipping.  If you would like to add insurance, please let us know and the standard insurance rate for your items will be billed to you. 
 

International Shipping

International shipments may have additional import charges, duties, and/or VAT fees which are imposed by your country.  These additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please be aware of what your country's regulations are.  If your package is returned to us due to you not paying these fees, please note that your shipping fees are non-refundable, and there will be a re-stocking fee for your items.   Most of the items sold here are made to order, customized pieces crafted to your specifications.  If you request to have us resend your items, additional shipping fees may be charged.  Your postal service gives you ample time to pay for and pick up your package.  Some even allow you to pay the fees online, and will deliver the package in your mailbox once the duties have been paid.  Please feel free to email us with any questions or concerns.   

Insurance for international orders is not available, unless the package is shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Additional fees are required for this shipping option. If you need your items shipped Priority Mail, with or without insurance, please use the contact link to send us a note requesting a price quote. We do not charge any more than what the post office charges.
