This bangle is made by weaving thin copper wires around a hammered, hand-formed base of thicker copper wire adorned with a large spiral. The clasp consists of a smaller spiral that discreetly hooks onto the base of the bracelet. It opens with a simple squeeze. The sample bracelet in the photo is lightly antiqued.
This bracelet is made to order, and can be made with your choice of wire combinations. Available options include a base of solid copper, solid brass, or silver-colored Zebra brand wires, The thin weaving wires available include copper, brass, non-tarnish silver-plated Artistic Wire, and silver-colored Zebra wire. For example, I love how the copper base looks with a silver-plated Artistic Wire weave.
Patinas:
I am able to oxidize and polish the copper wires, which produces a darker, blackened color with a lovely highlighted effect. I can also antique the brass wires to produce an aged, vintage look. If you prefer anything of this sort, I would be more than happy to do this for you.
Please let me know your bracelet size and metal choices in the Notes to Seller. The bracelet has an opening, so it is not necessary for your measurement to be able to fit over your whole hand. If there is no metal choice listed, you will receive copper with a copper weave.
